§ 14-95.7. Manufacture, sell or deliver, or possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver of a counterfeit controlled substance

(a) Except as authorized by Cherokee Law, it is unlawful for any person to manufacture, sell or deliver, or possess with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a counterfeit controlled substance.

(b) Unless a person's conduct is covered under some other provision of law providing greater punishment, manufacture, sell or deliver, or possess with intent to sell or deliver of a counterfeit controlled substance shall be punished with a class C penalty.
